Terms of Use

By downloading or using Mirage Tunnel ("the app"), a product of VietTS operated by PureSoft Ltd, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which these Terms supplement. If you disagree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Mirage Tunnel, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA for Mirage Tunnel.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

  • Mirage Tunnel offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock unlimited access ("Pro").
  • Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not for any illegal activity, and to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any laws governing the use of VPNs.

5. Open-source notice

The app incorporates sing-box, licensed under the GNU General Public License v3. Corresponding source is available from the upstream project at github.com/SagerNet/sing-box.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSoft Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PureSoft Ltd is registered.
