Mirage Tunnel ("the app") is a product of VietTS, operated by PureSoft Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We built Mirage Tunnel privacy-first: the less we know, the better.

1. Our no-logs commitment

We do not log, monitor, or store your VPN traffic, browsing history, the websites or apps you access, your DNS queries, or the destination IP addresses you connect to. Your activity through the tunnel is not recorded.

2. Information we collect

  • Account. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the name and email you choose to share — this may be an Apple private-relay email. If you continue as a guest, we create an anonymous identifier. Account records are stored in our authentication backend, Supabase.
  • Subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. We never receive or store your payment card details.
  • Service provisioning. To give your device access to our VPN servers, our backend, a self-hosted Marzban instance, holds the minimal technical credentials required to establish your tunnel.
  • Diagnostics you trigger. Speed tests, DNS-leak checks, and connection tests run on your device and are shown to you; results are not collected by us.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties. The providers listed below process limited data only as service providers needed to operate the app, not for sale, rental, advertising, or independent disclosure. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not build advertising profiles.

5. Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your account record and revokes your VPN provisioning. You may also contact us at m@puresoftltd.com to request deletion.

6. Children

Mirage Tunnel is not directed at children and is rated 17+.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, including GDPR or CCPA regions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
